Refund & Exchange Policy

  • In order to make your experience with SABA completely satisfying, please check the item and try it while the courier awaits.
  • If you don’t want the order, you can return it on the spot with the courier, and you will be charged only the shipping fees.
  • In the event of an exchange, you can request to exchange the order within the same day of receiving it. 
*On SALE period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded.

*Open package option cannot be applied on sale items (Packages cannot be opened or tried)
